EXPANDING WHAT’S POSSIBLE FOR LEADERS AT THE EDGE

MEET CAROLINE CLARK

I work at the intersection of belief, behaviour, and systems, helping leaders in tech and space lead through uncertainty, pressure, and change.

I'm an analogue astronaut, psychological researcher, and leadership coach, working with leaders at the frontier. My proprietary framework, Belief OS®, draws on critical social psychology and systems thinking to look beyond individual performance — at how leaders are shaped by, and shape, the social and organisational systems around them.

My research includes independently published studies on imposter phenomenon in Product leaders and the interaction effects of gender and feedback on task performance. I contribute regularly to The Psychologist, the magazine of the British Psychological Society.

I hold a first-class honours degree in psychology from the Open University, completed executive leadership development at Saïd Business School (Oxford), and begin an MSc in Organisational Psychology at Birkbeck in September 2026. I have over a decade of senior tech leadership experience, most recently as a Product Director.

As a TEDx speaker delivering keynotes and training, I work with organisations including the Royal College of Surgeons of England, RICOH, Sage, and Mind the Product. I mentor startup founders on the UK Space Agency's LEO accelerator, and volunteer as STEM Challenge Coordinator with the Cosmic Girls Foundation.
