COACHING FOR LEADERS IN TECH AND SPACE

(Typically this means you are a Head, Director, VP, CXO, or founder)

CAREER TRANSITION

You know what you want. Now let's go get it. For job seekers and promotion hunters.

LEADERSHIP

Lead in your own unmistakable way. For developing your presence and thinking.

FOUNDER

You're building something new. For founders scaling their first venture.

  • "Caroline combines deep domain expertise with a powerful focus on personal beliefs and identity, so our work went far beyond surface‑level coaching. She helped me clarify why this move was right for me, and build real confidence in my decision."

    — Kate, GM / Operator for Consumer AI

CAREER TRANSITION COACHING

  • You're going after a new role or a promotion, and you're working to a deadline. Whether you're in a hiring process now or a promotion cycle is coming up, you need to move quickly and get it right.

  • Six sessions over up to six months, with sessions either weekly or fortnightly depending on your timeline. Between sessions, I review your CV, your interview stories, and any feedback you've received.

  • In our very first session we will explore your job search or promotion strategy, your values and your beliefs about what it takes to succeed.

Over the remaining sessions and through take-home exercises, we will work on your positioning and how you talk about yourself, and map your experience.

We'll also draw on my experience as a hiring manager to go deep on the psychology of your decision maker — what they're looking for and how they make choices — and use that to your advantage.

There is the option to use sessions for live interview practise. Job seekers also get access to my free job seeking course.

In the past 12 months, 100% of my job-seeking clients have landed a new role, with a mean time of nine weeks and a median of seven, since we started working together (figures correct as at 1 May 2026).

LEADERSHIP COACHING

  • You're leading at a senior level — whether you've just stepped up or you've been in the role a while without formal development behind you. The scope is bigger, the pressure is higher, and the old ways of working aren't cutting it anymore — especially as AI reshapes everything around you.

  • Six sessions over up to six months, fortnightly or monthly depending on where you are. We start by mapping your strengths, values, and development areas, then build a roadmap that's bespoke to you.

  • We'll work on the things that actually make or break senior leadership: strategic thinking, decision-making, influencing boards and execs, communicating to audiences you've never had to before, and leading teams through high pressure and change. A big part of this is identity — fully stepping into who you are as a leader, not performing a version of it.

By the end, you'll have the conviction to back your ideas and decisions, a team that's performing without burning out, and a way of leading that earns respect rather than demanding it.

FOUNDER COACHING

  • You've got the funding and the product. Now you're running a proper company, and the way you've led it to get here isn't going to get you to where you need to go next. Series B companies / 70+ employees and scaling.

  • Six sessions over up to six months, with the option to split sessions into 30-minute focused bursts to fit around how you actually work.

  • We'll work on the shift from founder to CEO — which is as much a belief shift as it is a practical one. Leading a scaling company means moving beyond the existential fear of revenue, letting go of the detail, and building an organisation that doesn't bottleneck on you.

Practically, we'll review your org structure and design for the next stage of growth, map the skills you need to hire around you, set up performance management including goal setting and measurement, and build the ways of working and collaboration practices that let your team move fast without you in every room.

By the end, you'll have a company structured to hit its next milestone — whether that's the next funding round or the path to going public — with investors who are confident, a team that's performing, and a culture built to last.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • If you're facing a transition, feeling stuck, or know you're capable of more than you're currently delivering, coaching is likely the right move. The best way to find out is a discovery call — no pitch, just a conversation about where you are and where you want to be.

  • Most coaching works at the level of behaviour. Mine works at the level underneath it — the beliefs driving it. Belief OS® is my proprietary framework, grounded in applied social psychology, and it's what makes the change stick. We don't just work on what you do. We work on what you believe about yourself, your role, and what's possible.

  • That depends on what you come in for. In the past 12 months, 100% of my job-seeking clients have landed a new role, with a mean time of nine weeks and a median of seven — though results will always depend on the individual and the market. Leadership clients leave with sharper decision-making, stronger presence, and a way of leading that earns respect rather than demanding it. Founder clients leave with a company that no longer bottlenecks on them.

  • This is coaching - I do not provide consultancy or prescriptive advice within this engagement. Where relevant, I may share perspective or challenge thinking, but the focus is on supporting you to develop your judgement and leadership rather than telling you what to do.

  • That is exactly what the discovery call is for. It’s a short, confidential conversation to explore whether coaching would be useful in your current context, and whether working together feels appropriate. There is no obligation to proceed.

  • Confidentiality is fundamental. Everything discussed in coaching remains private, except in rare circumstances required by law or professional ethical standards. This allows for honest, open exploration of complex issues. During sessions you have the option to record them and use AI to transcribe and create notes.

  • Yes, and many do. I can provide everything you need to make the case internally, including a business case document. Get in touch and I'll send it over.

  • My six-month coaching programmes start from £3,000. This includes six one-to-one sessions, unlimited support via WhatsApp and email, access to the Liftoff community, and all coaching resources and materials.

I offer flexible payment options including payment in full, three instalments, or monthly payments to make the investment more manageable. We'll discuss what works best for you during our discovery call.
