STAY STEADY WHEN EVERYONE NEEDS SOMETHING FROM YOU AT ONCE
FROM BURNOUT TO BREAKTHROUGH
For leaders + teams under constant pressure to deliver.
“Attendees didn't just learn - they left ready to take action!” - Mike Belsito, Mind the Product
THE PROBLEM
PRESSURE COMES FROM EVERY DIRECTION
You've got execs changing priorities before you've responded to the last pivot. Peers who need alignment you can't force. A team that's absorbing the pressure you're supposed to be shielding them from.
You're holding all of it together, but you can feel yourself sinking.
The problem is that most resilience training treats this as a personal capacity issue: manage your energy, protect your boundaries.
But the pressure isn't coming from inside you. It's coming from the relationships around you, and mindset work alone doesn't touch that.
BURNOUT ISN'T A PERSONAL FAILING - STOP APPLYING INDIVIDUAL FIXES TO A SYSTEMIC PROBLEM
THE TRANSFORMATION
SEE THE PRESSURE FOR WHAT IT IS, THEN BUILD WHAT ACTUALLY PROTECTS YOU
This full-day workshop changes how your team relates to pressure by showing them where it’s coming from and what they can do about it, individually and together.
Participants will explore resilience as a multi-faceted systemic capability, learn how fear and perceived personal threat drive stress and burnout, and how to build stakeholder relationships grounded in trust and curiosity.
By the end, your team will have:
Greater understanding of what fear and perceived threat do to behaviour, decisions and stress
Practical approaches for building resilience that go beyond mere mindset work
Increased confidence to overcome their fears, including practicing having difficult conversations
FOUR CORE MODULES
Available as stand-alone workshops of 90 minutes, or all 4 delivered as a full-day workshop.
-
Where stakeholder pressure actually comes from, what causes it, and the burnout cycle to watch for before it takes hold.
-
A framework adapted from space psychology research commissioned by the European Space Agency, that shows how to build your resilience through five protective shells.
-
How fear rewires decision-making in milliseconds, and how the beliefs underneath it, both yours and your stakeholders', are setting the terms of every difficult conversation.
-
A practical technique for doing the thing you've been avoiding, in a small enough way that you build the evidence to have the bigger one.
In the full day workshop, this involves attendees taking part in a live simulation of a difficult conversation, that we build to throughout the workshop.
