Caroline works at the intersection of psychology, technology and space, helping leaders and organisations change the beliefs that are making high performance harder than it needs to be.
As an analogue astronaut, she brings first-hand experience of the psychological demands of isolated, high-stakes environments, and what that evidence base means for the organisations pushing human performance to its limits.
After thirteen years leading Product teams, Caroline developed Belief OS®: a proprietary framework that reveals how beliefs operate not just in individuals, but through the teams, cultures and systems around them. Unhelpful beliefs are the reason change doesn't stick, and the key to making it last.
She speaks at conferences and corporate leadership programmes, mentors founders on the UK Space Agency accelerator, and her book, Beliefocracy: How our beliefs govern us, comes out early 2027.
